Demonstration data & privacy

This independent college project is not an official railway website and is not connected to Interrail. It is a functional example of a recruitment workflow. It is not a service for real job applications.

The demonstration form saves a name, email, phone, city, password hash, selected demo role, application status and a sample resume. The administrator can review and download stored sample files. Passwords are hashed, not stored as plaintext. Data remains on the server until an administrator removes it; this demo does not implement automatic deletion or applicant-initiated deletion.

Do not upload genuine CVs, personal identity documents, or sensitive information to a public demonstration. Before operating a real recruitment service, add a proper privacy policy, retention schedule, deletion procedure, security monitoring, legal review and an authorized employer identity.
